Mjini Studio provides specialized research solutions to urban development challenges. We pride ourselves in being a research-led practice. We undertake qualitative and quantitative research in order to develop novel solutions as well as approaches to urban challenges particularly in the areas of housing, transportation, energy and Artificial Intelligence (Ai)

Spatial
Planning.
Mjini Studio is involved in spatial planning at all levels i.e. from Nation, Regional, City, Municipality, Town, Neighborhood, Street and Private Spaces. Mjini Studio appreciate the different scale of Physical Development Plans and their purpose in guiding land use development. Additionally the firm has adopted a community design studio to support Cities/Municipalities/Towns in co-production of neighborhood regeneration projects in collaboration with local professionals, local authorities and their partners. Some of the project include (Regional Physical Development Plan, Urban Physical Development Plans, Corridor Physical Development Plan, and Local Development Plan among others)
Architectural and Interior Design
& Implementation.
Mjini Studio is involved in project design and supervision while collaborating with other firms/ agencies in implementation i.e. private individual projects, interior design services. Some of the project include (architectural designs, interior design and retrofitting, masters’ plans, restoration projects among others
